The after sale service is horrible , was coerced to finish the cash purchase on a holiday after paying a huge holding deposit , after payment I was asked to wait for their accounts department to confirm if Payment reflected , same bank transfer took them 3 hours to confirm , then the NATIS document was not available, and no courtesy to inform customer the stages taken to have it ready
