WE BUY CARS online auction ****!

DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE AUCTION> After an unsuccessful bid at a online 'We Buy Cars' auction I refunded my R4000 deposit via their app. The app promptly took the money out of my wallet showing a R0 balance, however there is no refund in my bank account after 3 weeks. Pure theft!

No action taken by the *** - you'll be lucky if you get lip service -

After submitting FICA / POPI / Bank statements etc. etc. I get a letter below. "Good day John, I hope you are doing well. Kindly note because the transaction and the refund were done on the same day they do cancel each other out and would therefore be no financial transaction that happened. Please refer to your bank statement to see that your account was not debited. Kind regards, Michelle Webuycars Online Sales Team ***"

There is only R4000 that went out of my account !
