We buy cars. Not the place tp shop

Good day. In 2017 i bought a Mercedes b200 from we buy cars. 3 days after buying the car the gearbox packed up R40000 invoice from mecedes benz. I must say the mamagers at that branch paid half of the damage.

On friday i bought another car from a different branch same thing happend. We had the car for 4 days and all the oil of the gearbox dropped out of the car. Had a meeting with the branch manager and sadley he was not helping at all. His response was its my problem. The owner is no where to found apparently they not in the country

Midstream and your staff there treated like ****. All i asked is for them to either 1. Fix my car and give me a loan car 2. Or refund my money 3. Or give me a different car The staff at your midsream branch is very bad. All i want is to resolve this matter

Thank you. Ill appreciate your assistance. There is no need for attorneys, news papers, cart blanche and the ombusman. I just want you guys to sort this problem out. The manager from midstream branch also said "what do you expect from a 44000 car its going to break, why sell cars if they know its a piece of.....

Hi Madelein,

Kindly find that we have been informed that our Branch Manager did make contact with you with regards to your complaint.

As you bought the vehicle at one of our Auctions, under our Auction terms and conditions, we won't be able to assist any further in this regard.
