We Buy Cars - Nonexistent after-sales service

If I could rate them one star I would. What a joke.

I bought a vehicle form WeBuyCars (The Dome) just under 4 weeks ago. When we purchased the vehicle, we noted that the license disk had expired 3 months prior. We were promised that the change of ownership would be done within 3 weeks, then we would be able to do the licensing.

After three weeks we started asking, complaining, and eventually fighting over this issue. We were promised that it would be done. We were promised a permit that we could use in the meantime. It is now a week later. Not only have we not received the registration documents OR THE PERMIT, we have not even received a call from the salesman (Tafique) to give us an update on the progress. A change of ownership can be done IN ONE DAY. There is no reason for this to take so long. In the meantime I have to *******ly drive this vehicle daily.

And please do not send me your automated response saying it will be handled shortly. I lodged a complaint with the complaints department A WEEK AGO. I received an email (with NO REFERENCE NUMBER) that promised feedback within 24 hours. Still nothing.

I paid cash for this vehicle. I need my registration document, or I need my money back. Simple as that.

We Buy Cars is useless.
