We buy cars no after sales service ***** the customer we already have your money

So I bought a car through the Germiston branch, note I sat in Magalsiekruin. Paid for the vehicle drive home all good.......

I sent numerous request to the useless salesman asking about the NATIS on the vehicle mentioning that the license disc is about to expire....this rocket scientist tells me that I don't need to worry when I get a fine; all I need to do is pay the fine and claim the amount back from We Buy Cars (Really ***????). So I ask can they supply me with temporary permit and the answer comes back NO.

To further exacerbate the matter I ask the call center to keep the NATIS at Midsteam as there will be a further 3 day delay to send it to Germiston; and guess where these idiots send the NATIS to when the received it??? Germiston.

So to keep it short what a bunch of *********** ingnor****ES.....
