We Buy Cars - NO AFTER SALES SERVICE - Disappointed

We recently purchased a vehicle from We Buy Cars. The vehicle was in Durban and we live in the southern Cape. We were in contact with the salesman who sent photos of the vehicle and it seemed it was in a fantastic condition, the Dekra report was very favourable and on the data page it said that the 1st registration of the vehicle was October 2024. We thought what a luck buying a new vehicle with 740km on the clock. Score!! NOT! Although that does sound harsh, the vehicle is as indicated on the website but as it was a cash purchase we were rather rushed by We Buy Cars to pay for the vehicle but we didn't have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before paying. Yes I realise that is our own fault but flights to Durban are expensive and the closet airport is 2 and a 1/2 hours away in Cape Town. So we paid, paid for the delivery of the car to George where we went to collect. The handover salesman pointed out a mark on the front left bumper which was not pointed out by the Durban salesman when paying for the vehicle. We accepted as is and drove all the way home without incident. Really happy with our purchase. We are now planning a trip to Cape Town this coming long weekend with our new car Alas, we will not be going as we found that the vehicle's license disc has expired, not in October 2 months time as indicated on the website but had expired 2025-04-30. This was not pointed out to us in George or from Durban!! I called the Durban salesman, no reply, no response! I called We Buy Cars, where a I spoke to an agent who said that the license and registration email had been sent on 09 June when we had already paid and collected on 30 May, we could go to the nearest We Buy Cars branch and collect a temporary disc, the nearest branch is Brackenfell and I am nit risking driving an unlicensed and unregistered vehicle to Brackenfell, I asked the agent if they could courier a temp license disc and I was told NO. So alas we stay at home this Father's Day long weekend. When will we receive the new registration documents and number plates....who knows???!!! Needless to say we are extremely disappointed. Terrible after sales service!!!
