We Buy Cars - Negligence/ misconduct

I bought a vehicle on the 20th of December 2024 with Limpopo registration at your Silverlakes Store in Gauteng. To date i have not received proof of registration into my name and also have not received my new GP number plates with license disk which i paid for to be done. Kindly note i will escalate this matter to Standardbank for the Finance division as well as I can not pay for a vehicle still not on my name.
