I got the most shocking, lack luster, not in the mood to help you service from We Buy Cars Montague. This young man immediately asked me before even asking my name if it's cash or finance, because they get a better kickback if the car is financed. He was bullyish and forceful and clearly not interested in my needs at all. After speaking to him the whole day about a couple of Hyundai i10's, I eventually got a friend to go test drive as I am based in PE, when my friend got there, this young man also displayed this I'm really not in the mood attitude towards my friend, then only to find out that the vehicle in question was actually sold and he didn't even know that. Just be aware of this if you go there. They also only give you a two hour period to get there and test drive which already makes the whole experience one that feels pressured, so when you see something on their website, just know in 2 minutes it could be gone, and you're still on your way driving there to test drive. Not saying that every branch is like this, but it has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and left me also feeling reluctant to pursue buying through them because one feels so pressured, You can't take your time in making a VERY IMPORTANT decision. We Buy Cars please look into this, buying a car is a massive decision and one that shouldn't be forced and given such short time constraints. Please also train your young and zealous sales people, that this kind of attitude might get you a sales in the moment but will come back to bite you in years to come. Integrity and a man's word should still reign before anything else!
