We Buy Cars Midstream, I sold a vehicle to WBC in Pretoria in 2015, and found them to be very efficient at the time, then I considered purchasing from them as well and didn't find it to be that efficient. I would say then they had only been in the business of selling retail for only just a while.

I would say that my motivation for going back to them earlier this month was based on my reasoning that it being a better option as opposed to a second hand dealer insofar that the dealers often do repairs just to make it sound good not to be good. I understood that WBC sell the vehicle just as it was received.

My first visit was to the Southgate branch who did not have what I was looking for, except one that was a little neglected. I asked if the car could be started and was obliged and whilst I was inspecting the salesman was very occupied with his device apart from telling me I should not rev the car. Since I was not really interested I duly left. A few days later I went to Midstream where I did find my chariot. The floor is huge and there are not many salesmen, which by the way is also a blessing since one is not intimidated,

Well I simply stood by my find and after a short while a young man passed, he was obviously in the process of dealing with another client. He greeted me professionally and I asked if the vehicle could be started, he said that he was currently attending to another client, however he will get the key and assist. In a short while he returned and handed me the key, on his way to the other client.

I inspected the vehicle, started it and made my decision to buy. On his return I asked if he could take me for a drive as I had not bought my license. He had to obtain permission to do so and we went for a test drive. I felt like he was educating me about going on a test drive going over humps so we could listen to the shocks and a whole host of points. He made comments and told me that he is not a specialist.

Throughout the entire process of purchasing the vehicle he was friendly, professional, not overbearing and most importantly honest . It is my opinion that Richard Rooi, deserve accolades for his treatment toward me and I would certainly buy from him again.
