We Buy Cars - Midstream Refund ****

I recently bought a car at Midstream a Tata Indica cash to find out the car has a defect that was not noticeable while testing driving the speedometer was nor reading the speed and fuel gage, which by than raised my eyebrows cause even the kilometers I picked up the car with remained the same from Midstream to Nigel they don't read at all. Went to return the car cause already the deal is ***** the car was inspected by Bosch Service that it is a fuss issue, that would cost R200 to only find out it cost R2500.00 and they don't have that part as yet they need to order it I explained nicely that I need a replacement since I work at the Airport I need the car to travel to work now I find myself in situation being ghosted by the Customer Care Agent Ruan Geere , who was meant to send Proof of Payment yesterday.

I found a car somewhere else but now my cash is held on We Buy Cars I am skipping work now cause I have no transportation!!! I have been patiently waiting for my refund from Tuesday till today nothing and worst of all no communication whatsoever.

I tried to be patient but I see they taking me for a ride I need my money by 10am or they won't like the outcome I am about to do today I will personally take a Uber from Nigel to Midstream and bear in mind the costs that I'm incurring and being absent from work but I will now deal with We Buy Cars legally fortunately I have evidence.
