WE BUY CARS" **** PEOPLE WITH BROKEN CARS. AS IM WRITING THIS REVIEW , MY HEART IS SO SORE/PAINFUL AS A SINGLE PARENT WHO IS TRYING TO MAKE ENDS MEET. On 2022/07/04 I purchased 2009 Mazda CX-7 2.3 Disi Auto with stock number 090C04108 from "We Buy Cars" in Midstream Centurion. I experienced mechanical problems with the vehicle on the 2nd week after the purchase. I tried several times to contact 'We buy cars' to no avail until I decided to take the car to Mazda dealer for diagnostic . A number of problems was detected and it went for mechanical repairs. The 1st mechanical charge was R21 000 which made me to take an unplanned loan. The second mechanical repair that cost me another R22 823.96 which I couldn't afford as I had taken a loan already. Until on the 24th of August where a the lady called Ann Kotze called me telling lies that she contacted me. She made me to check her e mail communication which I didn't even received. She told me to e mail all cost charged for the car by Mazda dealer including what I have paid. which I did. All of a sudden she made me to sign a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT that they will only pay the balance of R22 823.96 to Mazda dealer ONLY with 2 business working days and they WON'T be able to refund MY R21 000. I decided to accept their offer because I needed my car to come since I'm struggling with transport to work and to transport kids school. Since I signed their MOA, Ann Kotze contacted me telling me they have paid the dealer which was a LIE again, the car is still lying by the dealer , THE INVOICE IS NOT YET PAID AS THEY HAVE PROMISED , THE DEALER KEEPS ON CONTACTING THE SO CALLED 'Ann Kotze ' I have also sent a number of e mails ASKING FOR THE PROOF OF PAYMENT BUT THE SO CALLED" Ann Kotze" is ignoring my e mails . This company is not legit at all . They sell broken cars to people. I NEED HELP IN ORDER TO GET MY CAR TO BE FIXED AS WELL AS WHAT I HAVE PAID ALREADY OR TO GET MY REFUND FROM "WE BUY CARS " AS I BOUGHT IT CASH . I CAN GO AND BUY A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF THEY KEEP ON IGNORING MY E MAILS, I WILL TAKE THIS TO NEWSPAPERS AND MEDIA UNTIL JUSTICE PREVAILS.
