We Buy Cars Midstream is a ****

Purchased a 2019 Volvo XC40, “ready” cash from We Buy Cars Midstream. The website showed it had a roadworthy certificate too- but it was false- I was given a voucher to do the test. Drove it once within the week. When I went to go meet the sales agent to do the test, I got indications that the engine was overheating. I made them aware and after the test was told to go to their workshop. The workshop told me the bad news that after spending my R307k for a “ready” car, I would be without a car for approximately 2weeks. Also depending on when We Buy Cars decides to accept their quote. I went to them to go collect my car papers. I was told the roadworthy docs would be shared electronically- still nothing even after I called to follow up with the sales agent. I told them I had errands to run and how this flipped my world upside down. They did not even care. The manager was so cold and me there is nothing they can do- not even be courteous enough to arrange an Uber home for me after I put fuel in the car expecting to use it. Only to find that that car had issues instead. I am livid and see that after they got my money they did not care about me and the inconvenience that they caused. I had to Uber myself to Kempton Park. I was unable to run my errands. Unable to fulfil promises that I made- all because of We buy cars Midstream.
