We Buy Cars ****med Me

I bought a car from We Buy Cars Midstream just over a month ago. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, i came across a paper, supposing a report Dekra and it said the car had a oil leak, i took a picture of the report and the sales man assured me that the oil leak will be resolved prior to me signing signing the papers. I received a service quotation which i assumed they were also going to fix the oil leak. Fast forward a month later, i decided to take the vehicle to a Porsche specialist to have the vehicle inspected for any potential issues so that i can start saving for. When they put the car on the lift, law and behold, the oil leak was never fixed by we buy cars or their service provider. I contacted the sales man and sent him the pictures of the oil leak, which you can see its an old leak, older than a month of me owning the car. All he said to me, the vehicle wouldnt have passed the inspection if it had a oil leak, i must take it back to the service provider whom they used. There is no responsibility or whatsoever from them, all they are doing is passing me on and making it my issue when they assured me they will fix the issue. Mind you this is an engine out job, R50 000 plus. Even today, a month later i still do not have the registration papers of the car.
