We Buy Cars - Malcolm Poole

Just a quick one on my end...

I purchased a vehicle from We Buy Cars last year, shortly after it went amiss and I had to have my warranty company sort things out for me, however there was a shortfall (not a small amount) that I was supposed to pay... A gentleman who worked for we buy cars at the time said that we buy cars would pay the shortfall but it could take about a month... I needed my vehicle asap so I had asked if I paid the shortfall if we buy cars would reimburse me after the month and he said yes they would... Long story short the vehicle was fixed and I paid the shortfall. But when it was time for me get my refund, the guy who I will not name just started ignoring me. I would send him emails each week and he just ignored all of them... I eventually got in contact with a different gentleman by the name of Malcolm Poole... And what amazing customer service he has... He listened to my entire dilemma ... Escalated what needed to be escalated and just over a week after contacting him I was refunded the full amount. If everyone in customer service was as good as Malcolm is... The world would be a better place...

Long story short. I was really peeved off with the first guy I spoke to, but Malcolm really restored my faith in the business... Thanks so much, I'm a very happy customer!
