We buy cars lies in the DEKRA report

Bought a car from webuycars and the suspension is faulty. On their DEKRA report they indicate that the car is in good condition and that the suspension is very good.

The branch refers us to the Head office and there is no communication from the head office. Webuy cars misrepresent the information they give to clients.

I need a refund as this is not acceptable at all, have only had the car for one month and I can't drive it comfortably since the suspension is faulty.
