We Buy Cars Lies and *******
I bought my current vehicle through Motus Ford Paarden Eiland brand new in 2019. The car has a full service history and has never seen a panel beater. I took my car We Buy Cars at the Somerset West Pod today,to be accused of saying I didn't spray paint my car. The agent Matthew Livaja claims that there is spray work on the car but I never in 6 years seen a panel beater. The agent is adamant that I am lying. The evaluation of R137 K for a 6 year old car with 90800 KMs on the clock is ridiculous. I believe I can get up to 150K.
I believe that I am being ********** and would want a re evaluation of the vehicle as both VW Branches of Phil West acknowledge yes there is scratches on the car but no one mentioned spray work being done. My VIN Number is WF01XXERK1KS5635B. The reference number for the evaluation is LYJ251074SOMPOD.
We Buy Cars also claims the windscreen may be damaged but I don't see not did VW Phil West say the windscreen is damaged. So this is absolute horse ****. Gordon at VW Philwest did advise to do my service which I intend to do this week and raise an alert on the aircon just needs to be regassed and a bulb or two to be replaced. VW is willing to offer 145 K yet Matthew is unwilling to reconsider a higher value. I believe I can get 150K but I need We Buy Cars to give an updated evaluation and get proof from Ford Paarden Eiland and Budget insurance that I never spray painted my vehicle not damaged the windscreen. It's making me out to be a **** and I don't take kindly to it nor being ********** by 13K for my vehicle. To note yes the car needs a wash and a service but I would like We Buy Cars to go check and see if there was any spray work done and find valid proof and offer at least 150K for the vehicle. They don't fix or recon their vehicles anyway and it's just ridiculous to first have disappeared with my keys whilst test driving another car.
