We buy cars, License issue
I recently purchased a vehicle, on top of the price. R2100 payment for sorting out paperwork. Received cars papers, no NCO handed in, car is now registered in wbc name, all the way in PTA. How is that fair, plus the lic is behind from 2023. So what was my R2100 for???? Please let's rectify this ASAP. Contact me today.
