We Buy Cars, License and registration. You cannot complain about there after sales service because there is NO SERVICE!

We bought a vehicle at We Buy Cars on 6 May 2025 and they also did the financing. We also paid for the license and registration of the vehicle. Today it is 3 months and 1 week and I still do not have the license disk. I only realized that they never did the registration when we had to renew our Caravan's license. The License department said that We Buy Cars did the change of ownership of the vehicle that we purchased but never done the registration. So last week We Buy Cars eventually did the registration ( after my first complaint on Hello Peter only) but they could not get the disk because the caravan's license was not renewed and because we couldn't do it because we had to wait for We Buy Cars, Thus after We Buy Cars paid for the registration we could renew the Caravan's License but now We Buy Cars have to go back to the license department where they did the registration in order for them to print the disk of the vehicle we purchased from them. We also had to pay for a second roadworthy again that We Buy Cars was supposed to refund which also did not happen! AND we had to pay the penalty of the late renewal of the Caravan's license ALL BEACAUSE WE BUY CARS DID NOT DELEVIR A SERVICE THEY WERE PAID FOR! Stay away from We Buy Cars! You cannot complain about there after sales service because there is NO SERVICE!
