We Buy Cars latest bull****

I am having trouble retrieving a disk for the car I purchased from we buys cars in the south

Li and her team are holding it hostage. I have gone to the traffic department and paid what was needed on my end.

I then was instructed to pay an additional 500 or so for them to give it to me as the traffic department says I cannot collect but girl in the middle has.

Now after following up multiple times and not getting proper responses I am being accosted again for another 600 to get some other company to give me my disk.

Then to top it up the permit they issued me to drive without the disk isn't even valid!!!! If anyone knows how I can resolve please advise
