On 14 March we took ownership of a vehicle from the Brackenfell branch. After being told we can get the vehicle at 16h, we waited until after 18h, and was given a vehicle with hardly enough fuel to get to the garage next to the show room. The roadworthy failed, and on 15 March we were taken on a "road trip" to Stellenbosch iso Kuilsriver, without being told where the roadworthy will be done. We were given temp lisence that expires on 06.04.2022. Last Thursday we asked for the lisence disk and numberplates as we need to go away for work for 3 weeks on 1. 4.2022. Various calls, messages and threats, to Shafiek, the sales man, Jess, the sales manager and Elaine the FNA and now at 19h30 on 31.3.2022 we have no lisence disk and number plates, or an extension on the temp lisence. We are happy with our purchase, but the fact that we were told we might need another extention on the temp lisence as it wont be ready by 6.4.2022. The customer service and lack of urgency is SHOCKING. The next complaint I am sending is to the financing banks.
