WE BUY CARS knowingly sell BROKEN CARS Part 3
So this is now week 4 and still no solution to my Audi A4 getting fixed. We buy cars now would rather want to replace my car with something else (sub standard to the A4) and are also seemingly unwilling to pay the shortfall of about R70 000 because in the words of one Juan Beneke (Webuycars representative) "I have never paid so much to repair a gearbox before" Now my question is....Are Mr. Beneke going to pay for the repairs of my car out of his own pocket or company funds (since HE has never paid so much for a gearbox)
We are at the end of November now and the business community are all looking forward to closing for the December holidays.Will this be finalized before then or will I be left without my vehicle for the December holidays without anyone at Webuycars worrying about me as a customer that they *****ed from the get go.
I definiatly do not want the deal cancelled as there is NO Audi A4's to the same standard and the same price available on your website.
Also Simphiwe said that he is communicating with Innovation with regards to why it is that they only approved R7 000 and nothing of the actual damages that needs to be repaired.Yet he still has no answer regarding that and that option also seems to have now just disappeared as he just mentioned in his last email that it's either cancel the deal or send it to Johannesburg.
