We Buy Cars Johannesburg Dome sucks at client service.

I was looking for a vehicle on We buy cars website. I found what I wanted at the "Dome" branch in Johannesburg. I got in touch with a salesman and referred to the vehicle that I wanted. He said it was available and even toon some video and photos of it and send it to me. I was happy with the vehicle and asked him to get the deal done. He got my info and said he would start the process only to leave a massage five minutes later, that somebody had baught the vehicle online while we were buzy with the deal already. He tried to explain to his people in charge, but they said that there was nothing they could do. I find it very unfair that while your busy doing a deal, another person could just buy it of his computer, whether you were first in line or not. I have been sending numerous massages on their app that I am interested in that certain vehicle, but no salesman returned my calls. I had to ask sombody from the Brackenfell branch in the Western Cape to put me in connection with somone in Johannesburg Dome branch. This is how I got connected to Francois, who was very professional in helping me, till he got to his people charge, wich brushed me off. I dont mind loosing to somebody in line, but to loose to somebody that jumps the line????!!!!
