We buy cars is the worst

We buy cars is honestly the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I purchased my car on the 12th of June and I've been waiting for my car documents since then. I was promised that they would be ready within 21 days but it's been almost 2 months now. Their service is very poor and their stuff is very rude and unprofessional. When you call them they alway say they're busy and promise to get back to you but never do.

My bank also told me to get the change of debit order form from them but they refused to give it to me claiming they never received it.

They also promised that my car would come with a road worthy certificate. To this day I've received none of these documents.

Worst company ever.
