I bought a car from we buy cars midstream on 25/07/2024

In the contract they stated the tyres still have more than 50% threads.

I recieved the car at night : 19h00 They insisted that i fetch the car at that time (I Have all the proof) The next day i left for Klerksdorp for a funeral.

I came back the next week and took the car for a proper inspection.

The tyres tested way under 40%.

I immediately inform them about it and they only responded after almost 3 weeks.

They have just messaged me they will not replace the tires.
