WE Buy Cars Is NO NO Midstream branch
I bought a car 23 November 2019 and the vehicle broke down 17 Feb 2020, it took me two weeks to get a answer from them if they will assist me, when I bought the car the sales person said that even if cash they will always help , but my claim was declined to assist me or to pay in full or to take asset back and refund me pro rata the use of less than 100km on asset... SO YES THINK TWICE UNLESS YOU HAVE A MECHANICKS ETC... WE BUY CARS.do not comply with their adverti*****t policy or what they say and do is two different stories...

28 Feb 2020, 16:55I was kept on a line from my first online complaint on 18 Feb and because of no vehicle i have huge lost of income as I work with my vehicle... the asset bought from you did not get the attention it needed two online complaints and a complaint through one of the consultants(Kimberley) and a daily calls with lame excuses, to tell me on 28 Feb no your policy or the writing in document so and so said I am responsible if i bought the car cash etc... thanks for looking into my case, but surely this could have been done in a day or two not almost two weeks... it is two weeks I have waited for a answer and lost allot of income from that as I am a field agent and do tracing and repos for some of the banks ...
