We buy cars is gambling with clients

Its been a moth since we have been dealing with we buy cars in Johannesburg south and still no resolutions. Their Finance department have short paid ABSA car finance as the deal had to be canceled because we received a damaged car which broke down within 24 hrs.

The bank did send us as their clients a letter showing how much is the shortfall amount which I then forwarded to Koketso who is the sales manager that we were dealing with and I must say he always doesn't have answers and this is ***** , because how do you sell a car that is faulty to clients and don't disclose that, and then after we buy cars is at fault they don't show any care as I am the one who is always calling them using my resources.

I am still looking for a legal team that can assist me on this. So when I checked the car we bought and got damaged and then we buy cars stated that to fix it is going to cost them more and they opting to cancel. And that they stated it should take 4to 7 working day to be finalized and still today we waiting because of this short payment they did.
