We buy cars is an absolute disappointment.

Purchasing a car from this company has been a struggle. We purchased a car about 3/4 weeks back. We ran all checks and everything was fine. 2 weeks later the car just stopped , we took to it to BMW and they concluded it’s a battery issue. Upon further investigation, they found a tracker that was installed (by the previous owner) prior to us buying and this was apparently draining the battery. We took this up with We buy cars because it only makes sense for them to pay for this battery since they didn’t take out the tracker prior sale. The car has been at the dealership for 12 days now , We buy cars keeps taking us from pillar to post, the customer care service is the worst because when you call they tell you they’re busy. Definitely one of the worst decisions we made because they don’t care that we’ve been with no car for all those days. It’s honestly frustrating and exhausting having to go back and forth only for one simple thing to be fixed.
