We buy Cars is a **** and should be revoked of it licenses to sell ****** vehicles

Bought a Car at the Riverhorse Valley Branch on the 17 July that was Platinum Derka Rated and a computer Box fell off in 3 days of purchase and the vehicle had no no front fender liner

Having provided full proof off this defect they still deny it and dismiss my claim without any tangible report of negligence from my end. Took 2 weeks for them to pick it and the Manager Raj Inder gave me a run around saying they are investigating and only I only received feedback on the 25 August when they were supposed to debit through Gomo Finance. The vehicle has been with them since 29 July and having visited the Branch multiple times the refer me to a Head office member. They delayed response to ensure that my cooling off period lapse so I cannot get refunded. Furthermore Having provided full proofof my claim of the defect they still deny it and dismiss my claim without any tangible report of negligence from my end.

Having sent through a request for full refund on the 15 July 2024. No response from neither their In House Financing department Gomo Finance, just threats to cancel Full cover of a vehicle they rushed to register in my name.

A senior Manager from the Riverhorse Branch laughed at my Face after giving me False identity. This company should be investigated for *****.

I would like to urge anyone looking to purchase through these guy to bring your Mechanic and Don’t believe their False Derka it’s only used to prop up the price!
