We Buy Cars is a ****
I bought a car at the Dome Cash, 11/10/23 same day the car failed roadworthy. Same day I reported the matter to their complain desks. Bearing in mind the car was a Gold DERKA Sticker, with no issues with it. Via email I furnished them with all the information & documents they needed as a proof. I even escalated this issue to their manage named Sharne. Today I’m told my request for them to fix has been rejected. How can We Buy Cars sell us cars that are not Roadworthy I'm so disappointed & shocked at such lack of professionalism. I’ve heard people complain on the Social Platforms that We Buy Cars is a **** didn’t think it will happen to me. I guess I will be the stats of We Buy Cars on Social Media too.

23 Oct 2023, 15:45I won’t lie I’m really disappointed how you have hand this whole thing. Vinconique & your Complain Manager Sharne know everything, I’ve been in communication with them. It can’t be right that you sell me a car that is not even Roadworthy & you still don’t take responsibility of that. That’s not ethical wrong, it’s evil.
