We buy cars is a ****!!!

I bought a car cash from this Company then I was charged an additional fee of 1700 documentation /administration fee. I was only handed the change of ownership. What is the rest of the 1400 for of they do not do roadworthy and the disc? What are we paying for???? This is a ****. The price to change ownership is 330. I feel ********** because I now have to pay from my own pocket for the roadworthy and license disc. This is unacceptable. I want a refund for the documentation fee I paid so I can pay for the disc and roadworthy.
