My wife purchased a Jeep from We Buy Cars, As it was a category B vehicle ( not road worthy) They offered to deliver the vehicle to our house by means of a rollback. When they delivered the car they offloaded the vehicle and drove it in the yard. After leaving I did an inspection on the vehicle and found that it had no coolant in the radiator, After filling with almost 6 liters of coolant we found that the coolant is bubbling indicating a head gasket leak or damaged head. I immediately reported to We Buy Cars. It took days for them to respond. Eventually they instructed me to get a Reputable engineering place to check it out and quote. I called a rollback to take the vehicle to the engineering shop and paid them to strip and quote, also paid them to reassemble the engine and p[aid for new gaskets. The quotes was send to We Buy Cars and the communication was slow. Eventually We buy Cars decided to cancel the deal with out consultation with me. Very arrogant and bombastic they said if I'm not happy I can contact the ombudsman. We buy cars also refuse to refund the rollback and all money spend to get a quote, Alsa I'm hiring a vehicle now for 2 months while waiting The vehicle is still with me, and I have till now not received any cancelation documentation or refund.
