WE BUY CARS IS A ****!!!!!

I bougth my car on the 1/08/2024 and on the 9th August I had a mechanical break down and I called we buy cars for assistance and one of their consultant said I should call my insurance and tow the car to the workshop which I did , they have been busy with the case until I recieve an email on the 10/09/2024 saying they are declining my claim for R32000 imagine I have to pay that kind of money and only drove the car for 9 days.we buy cars is a **** I hope this case will be resolved so that I can get back my deposit and they take back their car.
