We buy cars I never expected such a bad service.

I went to we buy cars Dome northriding Sunday the 19th of March,I met the sales guy Rohan told him I was interested in the Honda civic 2014 model he told me it was on auction until 12 mid day I asked him if I can pay a deposit to hold it of which he said it can't be because until after auction.I told him to then give me a call soon after auction and let me know if the vehicle was still available,unfortunately it was almost 2pm which is their closing time on Sunday so I told him I will come in tomorrow morning which is Monday,he sent me a text early morning to remind me that the car was available,I went to the branch rechecked the car I was happy I asked for a test drive,before we went out a guy and his wife were checking the car and they looked interested and disappointed bcz they stood there and watched the car drove off,which I strongly believe they are the same ones they reserved the car for,car was perfect just minor touch ups I liked it and wanted to pay for it,while test driving the sales guy received a call on our return the sales guy looked so down I told him I'm taking the car he said let's go up and do the paperwork he told me he will need my ID and proof of residence I said it's ok no problem,we sat down he told me his system is down he's coming back now,he left for a while until I had to call him he said he was coming my heart was already telling me something is wrong he came back knelt down and told me that bad news the car was reserved for someone,I asked him when he said few minutes ago how come because I have speaking to you and we left with the car to test drive it,I was so passed with such a service of which the decided reserve the car why ddnt they just tell me there is someone who app**** for finance we are waiting for approval why waste my time and emotions ,I fell in love with the car only for you guys to disappoint me like this I sense ****** from these guys.Patrick the manager could not even at least show me proof that genuinely someone reserved it online at this time 2 mins before I came back from test driving,he didn't even show that he was sorry.I never expected such from them.Now I'm thinking twice before considering buying from them.
