I took the JAC T6 2.8TDI 2023 for a test drive while in the process of buying it 13th May and found that the driver seat was broken and apparently no one noticed it? On top of that the vehicle was dirty inside and out with a coke bottle still in the door.

When he took it for a 'whash' the polish spray blobs were visible as it was sprayed and not wiped. There were oily polish on the windscreen which made driving with the wipers on impossible and dangerous and there is still polish on the one fan beld causing it to slip at times which causes the rev meter not to work.

I brought this to Werners attention and his solution was not to wash the bakkie again?

It was agreed that I will bring the vehicle back as they need a day to fix the seat and that I would be reimbursed for the diesel. I kept Ofentse informed throughout the week about my arrival. I brought it back on Thursday 28th after 13.00 and told Werner I'll pick it up on Sunday. Sunday I was on site just after 12.00 and after waiting 40min for Ofentse to bring my vehicle I confronted Ofentse and he informed me that my keys are in a locked office and the person with the office key went to Limpopo. I asked Werner if the seat was at least fixed and he said he doesn't know... I spoke to both Ofentse and Werner about the situation I have been put in with work. I agreed with Werner that they will drop me off at work before 14:00 and put R300 diesel in. The vehicle was brought back filthy like it was parked under a sprayer, no diesel was put in and the inside of the door is now scuffed (probably from removing the seat)

I am still fighting to get the R10 000 holding fee back into my account before the 5th to avoid paying the extra interest on my credit card.

I have launched a complaint on WBC website but had no response. This whole ordeal makes me feel like never buying a car again especially not from this company.
