We buy cars ********** service

After 2 months of consistent calling we buy cars I get a response that my complaint has been rejected. I only find that out because I called again and again, the mangers never call me back or email me. They claim they will get back to you in 5 minutes but it actually takes 2 months. It is the most pathetic service I have ever received. The sales agent spoke lies just to make the sale then when we go back to him he claims he can't remember! They claim to provide excellent service which is a joke, they claim for a quick more efficient response to complaints we should log it on their website but that's also false. After 2 months still no one has contacted me. I only found out my complaint was rejected because I called consistently for 2 months. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. They could not careless about their customers. I will definitely never purchase another vehicle from them ever again and I will make sure no one I know does either .
