WE buy Cars High risk purchase!

We recently bought a small Atos from Durban We Buy Cars for my mum who lives in Scottburgh. When I drove it out I picked up that the car was overheating. I called and spoke to the sales person straight away and he informed me of the no return policy and suggest I change the thermostat. I changed the thermostat and all seemed fine. I delivered the car to my mum who only used the car to drive around the villige. On Wednesday she ventured down to Shelly beach... the car came to a halt on the way back had it towed to the mechanic in Umzinto. The mechanic has assessed it and say in his professional opinion the cylinder head has gone because of overheating. He feels that there is a latent defect in the cooling system. Contacted the Sales Manager JACO of WE BUY CARS Durban to ask him what now. Jaco says WE BUY CARS policy is that when you buy car from them its foots toots and we are on our own!
