WE BUY CARS HAS TRAUMATISED ME NOW THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE THEIR THAT IS NOT EVEN WITH ME

I bought a car from we buy cars and the car was sick within a week and I asked help from the guy who was assisting me his name Thabo he kept on saying don't worry take the car to innovation it has a warranty when I got bosh they said the warranty was not active as yet and I need to pay r785 for diagnostic so I parked the car till payment was done and paid the amount for diagnostic then to find out that was explained by Chandray who was helping me with paperwork was totally deferent from what I was written on paper as I took a month to get my paper work until I went to go dig her to email my contract and warranty papers the warranty was not covering the whole bill out the warranty now large amount is due and now we buy cars is not paying Bosh as promised the guy who was assisting me named John his no longer having answers when I ask bought the payments to Bosh or no feedback of what is going on its been a while now car not being with me I need to pay instalment of a car that I'm not using now Bosh is threatening to charge storage under my name its has cost me nothing but stress, anxiety and trouble at work cause the car was mean for work purpose now when I ask to return it the guy at we buy cars named MacDonald and the one spoke too over the phone Fain said cannot be returned so now even that car we talking about is not with me for a while now I don't not trust We Buy Cars any more I have bad experience can someone please help I'm paying for a broken car I feel they were not transparent and untruthfully to me they sold me lies, now John is not answering the calls and I wrote an email about the cancellation of contract instated of logging the query for me his ignoring me.
