We Buy Cars Germiston branch are useless

We Buy Cars Germiston - don't even bother trying to buy a car there. I first made contact with the branch on the 6th of October. To day, still attempting to buy the car. ZERO communication or updates from the branch and of course there's no direct number so it's almost impossible to get hold of them.. you have to contact the call centre where you can hear those poor people are as frustrated with the lack of service as I'm sure most customers are. I am based in Cape Town so going to the branch in person is not an option. Shockingly bad service. I paid a deposit to hold the car and now in my 3rd week of actually trying to buy it. Ridiculous.
