We Buy Cars, Germiston

We purchased a Toyota Aygo through the We Buy Cars Germiston branch during mid-November 2022. Delivery of the vehicle was taken on 19 November 2022.

On viewing the vehicle a few days before we took delivery, it was noted that the bee sting aerial was missing and the salesperson, Goodman, assured us that the vehicle would have one when we collected it. This was not the case. Goodman was not available when we took delivery but the gentleman who assisted us called him while we were there and again, Goodman assured us this would be sorted.

Despite various emails and calls, the bee sting aerial has not been received and worse NO VEHICLE REGISTRATION PAPERS or licence plates!
