We Buy Cars frustrates to the core, they can't keep their promise

I bought a car on We buy cars at the Dome branch. The process went smooth up until they had to give me the licence disc. I am calling them almost everyday and they are lying to me giving me faulse hope that I will receive the car registrations documents non such particular day and that day will come and pass. I do not know why the process needs to stuck now while I bought the car at the start of October 2022. I am very frustrated now because my workplace want's me to send them that licence disc so they pay me my car allowance and now the We Buy Car's at the Dome are giving me this silent treatment, I am calling them and also the lady who was assisting me with the application but they are not helping. All I want is to be given a chance to go and register this car at the licence department office because surely they now done with the sale and they do not bother in following up with something that is very important register the car. I am disappointed with We Buy Cars.
