WE BUY CARS: FORFEITED MY HOLDING DEPOSIT FOR NO GOOD REASON

Never pay a holding deposit to them. I have lost my R2500 deposit due to a salesman which helped me to pay money into the wrong account. We have signed the contracts but I never took the motorcycle of the floor. When I realised that the money was paid into the wrong account I've asked the salesman and what seemed like a very *********** floor manager to cancel the deal. The *********** floor manager just kept on talking over me and ignored my request. This happened on a Saturday. The following Monday I send an WhatsApp to the salesman once again requesting to cancel the deal. Know I was told by there support team that I've forfeited the deposit for some reason. I do understand that there would be a administration fee involved for cancelling the deal, but I expected nothing more then R750 for that. The worst part of it all is that I was planning to complete the deal as I have received the money back that I've paid into the wrong account, but after what they have done I will never do business with them again and I will tell everybody about my experience with them.
