We Buy Cars

I went to We sell cars on Saturday, as agreed because I am from Mahikeng, Spoke to the manager in place, He was not aware of my query, or complain. He called Pian, He got the information, However I was not assisted because the person who was supposed to do cancellation and issue a credit note was not available, so I have to drive back to Mahikeng and comeback on Tuesday. Real this is frustrating and it taking my time and money I paid R137000.00 for the car, that didn't even drive 100 kilometre, I spend R1800 on BMW on call, R3050.00 to Breakdown, spend R1500.00 Fuel, travelling from Mahikeng to Pretoria, only to be told to come back again. this is unfair, Most especial advised the Dealer I will be coming back on Saturday. I really don't know what to do. I want a car, and I cannot travel up and down, without get assistant. Most of all I am working, This matter can be resolved in a split second, if we do what we supposed to do. I feel that I am not treated right here. Can the Manager who is available know what is doing help to resolve this matter, before its get out hand.
