We buy Cars failure

I lodged below complaint against we buy cars 2weeks ago and to date nothing has been done. They took my car 2weeks ago and have failed to even comment. I need assistance and don’t know how else. Sfiso was allegedly handling the matter 138446 but has been unreachable for a week now.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the 2018 Audi S3 Stronic purchased just 3 months ago.

The car was taken in just a week after purchase for undisclosed mechanical faults which lead to 3 weeks without the car while it was in for repair. The water leak persists after repair.

In addition, the car now won’t start and needs a jump start all the time. There have been noises on the front and back tyres, as well as somewhere in the centre, like proshaft. Mechanical faults keep arising though we were informed the car is in good condition upon purchase.

I humbly ask for help, my installment is too much for a car I can’t even drive right now
