WE BUY CARS fail to give Natis documents

We bought a Polaris quad from them. before, during and after the sale, the salesman told us time and again that we have to wait 21 days for the natis. We bought this bike to take with to Mozambique on holiday. Low and behold, NO NATIS document. And all I get is a sorry!!! We have checked it out before hand and new that we had to spend a couple of bucks to get it perfect, Now its worth half of what I paid!!! No reg papers, can't be taken cross border. Thanks WBC. I hope I can warn all buyers, if you buy from them, insist in getting your natis when you pay. When they buy from you, they don't pay until they have the natis on hand. But they can fool you to pay and not give you registration papers. I have bought many cars from WBC, and every time there's an issue. This was the last straw.... & A "sorry", is that what you feel for your customers, SORRY....
