We buy cars empty promises!!!!

You do not deserve any rating!!!!! Bought a vehicle at the PE branch, with roadworthy and clean Dekra report. Only for the car's oil cooler to fail after 2 weeks and less than 100km done. filed a claim against the warranty I bought with the vehicle. R15k approved to fix the car. After oil cooler was fixed, it was found that the water pump also faulty. WBC agreed to pay for this, then another problem found. There is an oil leak where the driveshaft enters the engine, and it was fixed with silicone. Now more than 2 weeks later and still have no answer as to what is going to happen with the vehicle. Charleston Routers does not respond on my emails anymore. Does not answer when I phone either. Spoke to his manager and was told that she would take it up with him. 2 days later and no feedback. Spoke to her again and she promised to find out what is going on and call me back. Never received any call back. so for the month I had the vehicle, less than 1000km done and the car is at the workshop longer than what I had the vehicle. It was also found that the Dekra report provided to the warranty company, was different from the one I received, and there have been previously worked on the oil cooler. This is blatant *****, and they refuse to provide me with this report!!! Be incredibly careful buying from this *****ulent company. All their ads and promotions states that their Dekra reports will give you piece of mind etc, Bull s##$$t!! I have been conned into this and every time I call, must wait for 10 minutes + and then get disconnected!!!!!
