We buy cars emotional damages, loss of money and damages to my car and leaking my private information to a third party POPI ACT

So i got feedback from we buy cars , so i bought this vehicle from WBC at viewing it had a battery, starter motor , engine mountings , coolant bottle , coolant bottle cap and a non stop running airmatic pump that was not advertised as broken as per their ad, this is now going on for more than 5 months, after going for the 1st quotation been submitted, the repairing company had issues with we buy cars as well, then the repairer torn up the quotation refusing to do the work as per the quotation, then they requested me to go for a second quotation , as i did, the quotation worked out to about R38.000 , they then agreed to only approve R17.500 of that , whivh included repairs on the airmatic pump , coolant , and battery,, so of i went to the repairers to fit the battery , mind you, i am waiting on this vehicle as they were only going to replace the battery at this stage as the rest of the parts were only going to arrive Moday ,the firdt week of March 2026, now then the person at the repair shop tell me , your car dont want to start, and needed tohave the starter replaced, as i have told we buy cars 5 months ago, so i requested the repairer to send another quotaion to we buy cars, i have done so in sending the quotation for the starter , Chris the CRM atwe buy cars then refused to fix the starter and tells me they have only agreed to the R17.500 , which excludes the starter motor, so now remember , i got stuck 4 times with this SUV , i paid in between 100 and 200k for this suv in cash , paid R1500 x 4 for towing not to mention work projects i have lost out on, the 4th time this suv got stuck was luckilly for me at the repairers workshop, now include the Uber fares etc and and you will be able to equate WBC =? my suv is still at the repair shop as i do not have the funds now to collect nor fix the starter out of my pocket, of which i think is the responsibility,so now i need to get some legal rep as i cannot leave this matter as is , to add insult to injury, their legal depatrment have sent me a letter stating my private information was leaked, Popi act, when i comfronted a Lady called Cindy at we buy cars , she asked me did it do you any harm, as my private info was just leaked popi act
