I purchased a Mini cooper at PE and we took it for a twst drive, the Dekra was reviewed where only minor issues were reported. Two dayes later i took it to a Supa quik to check the brake pads where there mechanic showed me that the rear brake plates were worn due to the brake pads being steel only, this was not on the Dekra report and i had to end up paying for the replacement. I have contacted the cuatomer service where there had been two different responses and the one consultant said that im not under warranty and i cannot be helped and the other apologized for the faults to the car and that i should compain on the website, this is very disturbing as i have purchased a vehicle from them before with no issues, i hope that i can be re embursed.
