We buy cars - don't care about customer service

Very quick to take you money, but not disclosing critical damage details of vehicle in Dekra reports. What's the point of the Dekra report if it cannot be trusted to give you an accurate and honest desription. I have til now been refunded once because of this problem, and still chose to give them my money and choose another vehicle, now i have put even more money into their account and the same thing happens - inaccurate Dekra report. I had to drive all the way from JHB to Mbombela, where the sales person assured me the vehicle was in good condition to make it back to JHB once collected. getting there, very valid roadworthy issue started arising - oil leak - undisclosed, coolant leak - undisclosed, rear lights not working at all - undisclosed, temprature guage not working - undisclosed. Now who in their right mind will undetake a 350km journey back to JHB in a vehicle with the above issues! and they are now asking me to pay more money to repair the vehicle I fully paid for in cash! and already at a very hight price based on it's book value! this is shameful and there is no customer service there, we buy cars is a multi billion rand buisness, not because they care about their customers !
