We Buy Cars Dome Branch - Registration documents.

I have been waiting for my Registration documents for 2 months now. I purchased my car from We Buy Cars at the Dome branch on 06 January and I was told to expect the documents within 21 days. After 21 days I tried to call them to follow up but the lady I was speaking to said the phone number on Google is not for the Dome branch, I asked her to provide me with the phone number for the Dome branch and she refused and said she will email them and request them to call me back instead. I have never received a call back from them. I called the number on Google 2 more times after that and the same thing would happen. Finally I decided to follow up with Mohammed Ebrahim (who was the sales person who assisted me with the purchase of my car) and he kept on giving me the run around telling me he is on his way to the branch and he would follow up with the licensing department when he gets to the branch, I follow up again 2 days later and he says the licensing department says it has sent the documents they are on their way and that I will receive an sms with the tracking number. When I follow up again with the tracking number he tells me he is on the way to the licensing department again to follow up and get the tracking number from them, when I again follow up with this tracking number he now ignores my texts and calls. 2 weeks ago I finally receive a call from a lady at the Dome branch telling me that my documents have just arrived and are ready for me to pick them up, I tell the lady that Mohammed told me they arrived weeks ago and that they were on their way to me already, she informs me that Mohammed was lying as the documents had just arrived. I then ask the lady to post the documents to me as I had agreed with Mohammed and she agrees to do so and informs me that I will be receiving the tracking number the following day. It has been two weeks now and I have not received this tracking number and I am unable to get ahold of that lady because the number on Google does not take me to their branch and Mohammed is now ignoring my calls. Please assist.
