We Buy Cars Dome bad customer service

I bought a mazda cx30 at the dome branch. Doonigan was the sales person. I had to pay R5000 to reserve the vechile but was assured it will be refunded after the deal went through. He said that it coul take up to 4 days to be refunded. This is 9 days later and the refund is still not paid back. He blames the finansial department. The finansial person Letjega is on leave and no one cares about the customer. No comunication was given and the personel just dont want to help with the refund.
